1. Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
2. Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
3. Meet and exceed sales target set by the organization. Call and co - ordinate with clients, retailers, dealers and sales team.
4. Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
5. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
7. Support sales team for promotional work. Keep stock records of gifts sets.
8. Keep update with Plumber Protsahan  Yojna. And try to motivate them.
9. Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
10. Keep record of every customer interaction and sales activities.

Tale caller Requirements

1. Graduation or equivalent
2. Priory experience working as a tale caller or in a similar role
3. Having done a sales-related training program
4. Knowledgeable with computers
5. Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
6. Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
7. Having the capability to receive critics without internalizing them
8. Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
9. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
10. Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
11. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
12. Taking and processing orders accurately.
13. Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.
