SERVICE ENGINEER - western up
Job description
·Perform on-site installation and servicing of all submersible pumps and motor products.
·Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely.
·Communicate issues effectively to escalation teams and provide feedback to customers
·Clearly articulate product capabilities and give technical training/demonstrations to customers
·Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and printing related problems in this field.
·Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and printing related problems by phone support.
·Train customers on safe and efficient utilization of all equipment.
·Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
·Proper documentation of all work required i.e., service reports, expense exports, installation feedback forms, etc.
·Ability to read basic electrical/mechanical and pneumatic diagrams
·Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills
·Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
·Willing to travel extensively. Skills:
·Good verbal written communication skills.
·Must have practical technical knowledge.
·Coordinates and conducts installation and maintenance activities.
·MFG or Pump industry is preferable.
