Roles and Responsibilities

-To Manage the Sales team of 35 Executives working for our company located in different states.

-To formulate the Monthly Sales targets and Guide the team with the Execution.

-To research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies and relevant information which helps To strategize marketing and product development.

-To Handle the Client Visits at the Company facility.

-To Make Site OR Office visits to convert the potential leads.

-To explore the Opportunities in Domestic market

-To Monitor and Evaluate the Marketing Channels and Bring improvements in its performance.

-To monitor website activities and Modify the same To align it To marketing goals.

-To gather and analyse Export market data and To generate valuable reports To guide organisations International marketing department.

-To perform all the required activities related To sales on ERP.

-To monitor and manage the company’s performance on SEO, ADWORDS, and handling different online portals.

-To represent the Organization in International as well as Domestic Exhibitions.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Should have Experience in Sale of Formwork & Scaffolding Systems, Infrastructural Fabrication to Construction, Infrastructural and Industrial Projects.

-Should know the Sales and Marketing strategies for Industrial and Infrastructural projects.

-Knowledge & Experience of Mechanical engineering. And should possess technical knowledge to Address Client's queries on site

-Knowledge of Material Grades of Steel and Overall Metal Fabrication Industry.

-Basic Knowledge of 2D design software and Basic physical properties analysis

-Excellent Communication skills

-Excellence Soft skills and Great presentation skills.

Preferred Industry – Pipe, Pump, Wire Industry, and Rubber Candidate.
