Job Summary

We are seeking a Tendering Executive with experience in end-to-end tender processing for the pump manufacturing or engineering industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing technical and commercial documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search and track government and private tenders from portals such as GeM, e-Procurement, and other tender platforms.
2. Handle complete tender process from identification to final submission.
3. Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
4. Coordinate with sales, technical, production, and finance teams for required information and documents.
5. Manage online tender submissions, EMD, and tender documentation.
6. Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and pricing calculations.
7. Maintain records of tender status, submissions, and follow-ups.
8. Ensure compliance with tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
9. Communicate with clients for tender clarifications and updates.
10. Support management in tender analysis and project follow-ups.

Required Skills

1. Experience in end-to-end tender processing.
2. Knowledge of GeM portal, e-tendering portals, and government procurement processes.
3. Understanding of technical specifications of pumps and related equipment.
4. Strong documentation and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and tender documentation preparation.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience in pump manufacturing / engineering / EPC industry.
2. Familiarity with government department tenders (Water Supply, Irrigation, Municipal Projects, etc.).

As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience.
