Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage the store operations, inventory control, and material management in a pump manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper storage, stock control, and timely availability of materials required for production.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
2. Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels of pump parts, electrical components, and raw materials.
3. Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue, and stock verification.
4. Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.
5. Coordinate with purchase and production departments for material planning.
6. Conduct regular physical stock audits and maintain accurate records.
7. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
8. Maintain documentation and reports related to store activities.
9. Ensure 5S implementation and safety standards in the store area.
10. Manage dispatch and inward/outward material records.

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of store management and inventory control.
2. Experience with ERP / inventory management software.
3. Understanding of pump spare parts, motors, electrical and mechanical components.
4. Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
5. Good coordination and team management ability.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience in pump manufacturing / engineering industry store management.
2. Familiarity with ISO documentation and audit requirements.

Salary

As per company standards / Negotiable based on experience.
