Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Pump Testing Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting electrical tests on panels, assessing water pump performance, and overseeing aspects of the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of the electrical fundamentals of water pumps and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct various electrical tests on control panels to ensure optimal performance of water pumps.
2. Evaluate pump operation by analyzing test data and identifying any discrepancies or areas of improvement.
3. Work closely with the manufacturing team to understand and oversee the manufacturing processes relevant to pump testing.
4. Develop and implement testing procedures and protocols to meet industry standards and company objectives.
5. Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on test results.
6. Prepare detailed reports on test findings and present them to the management and relevant stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations during the testing phase.
8. Stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in pump testing and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in water pumps or related products.
3. Profound knowledge of electrical testing instruments and methodologies.
4. Strong understanding of water pump design and the manufacturing process.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and reporting skills.
