We are hiring for General Manager – Sales at out HO Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing branding strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of events, including corporate events, product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Developing and executing marketing and communication campaigns that promote the company's brand and events.

• Building and managing a team of professionals, including event planners, marketing specialists, and communications experts.

• Developing and managing budgets for branding and event management activities. This involves tracking expenses, forecasting revenue, and ensuring that budgets are met.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

• To identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company in the branding and event management space.

Required skills and qualifications

1. Proven success in a managerial role
2. Strong decision-making ability
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
4. Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
5. Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
6. Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
7. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
8. Experience in conducting performance evaluations
9. Candidates preferred Submersible pump industry only
