JD:
1. Oversee the accounting function, including financial reporting, compliance management, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Manage and lead the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and leadership.
3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
4. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure that the organization's financial policies and procedures reflect those changes.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and lead initiatives to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and relevant to their needs.

Qualification:
