We're Hiring Candidates having an experience in below Solar Motor & Pumps

*Job Title : Service Engineer

* Job: Type: Full-time

* Location: Guwahati (Assam)

* Experience: 1 -5 years in Solar & Pump Industry.

* Qualification: Any Graduate /Technical background

Roles & responsibility as follows

1. When Get Call from Customer for pumps problem to solve problem on site

2. To be appoint maximum service station under distributor

3. Dispatch repairing pump sets within one week after receiving pump sets

4. Visit service station regular basis Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer

5. Responds to customer complaints

6. Maximum try to solve problem of Pump-sets at sight

7 .Provide positive and helpful disposition and professionally communicate with customers

8. Findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands

9. Works alongside with technical

10. Communicate effectively with team, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment.

11. Work independently or as a member of a team

12. Willing to Travel to Sites/Clients/Vendors.
